Sadly now, looking back, I grew up in a comfortable understanding that any announcement in Parliament by a serving Prime Minister was entirely based on genuine truth after thorough research and careful consideration. A PM unable to tell the truth simply dodged the issue. How naive was I?
In 2002 our trusted Prime Minister, Tony Blair, committed the criminal act of lying to the British people, and opened the probability of genocide against Iraq, with high numbers of deaths of citizens and armed forces… topped off with the sad death of Dr. David Kelly.
He issued a headline-grabbing statement in the House Of Commons claiming that Iraq could deploy weapons of mass destruction within 45 minutes of an order to do so.

Thousands died or were maimed so that others could live the good life.
He now wants to help solve Labour Party problems in Britain. How has he managed to avoid the rope? Fact is sure stranger than fiction!
From the time of that treacherous action I find anything claimed by my government to be taken with high reservation and misgiving. So now I dont trust the buggers!!! Male or female. For me politicians are apparently in post for their own gain and to support their own political club. The minority exceptions are doomed to frustration. And where do our leaders incubate their ideas and morals? I suggest Eton, Oxford and Cambridge for a start. Institutions where so called elite families educate their young.
